Established in 2005 – the company’s founder, Duane Cotton, owned and operated a local HVAC sales and service company which he sold in 2007 to concentrate on residential custom building and remodeling construction trading as Harbor Pointe, Inc. Harbor Pointe specialized in custom and systems built modular home construction as well as related remodeling and renovation projects.

Harbor Pointe diversified in 2008 to commercial new construction design and build services as well as commercial and industrial build-outs and remodeling.

2010 has been an outstanding year for the company due to its innovative approach to our current economy. Our success has come from our willingness to work with our clients within their budget and timeline constraints to ensure satisfactory completion of their projects.

Build America Construction has been an active participant of ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition television show in the recent past contributing directly to a project in Georgia in the Spring of 2010.
