About Us

Our principal builder, Duane Cotton, brings a comprehensive background in and around residential structures, spanning from the HVAC industry to real estate investment, encompassing the construction of both site-built and custom systems-built modular homes. Notably, in 2010, Duane assumed the role of a builder for the acclaimed TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition, showcasing his prowess in the field. Additionally, in 2014, he joined Bobvila.com as a moderator, further solidifying his expertise and industry standing.

In 2007, Duane successfully constructed his inaugural systems-built modular home as a Nationwide Homes dealer, marking a pivotal moment in his career. Presently, we remain steadfast in our commitment to this mission as we continue to build and innovate with the Build America Custom Homes team.
